Breakfast is the perfect time to build your CBD routine. Taking your oil with healthy fats increases its bioavailability (absorption). This smoothie packs fats, greens, and protein into one glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach or Kale (fresh)
  • 1/2 Avocado (provides the healthy fats for CBD absorption)
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple or Mango
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 cup Coconut Water or Oat Milk
  • 1 dropper Laura's Mercantile Full Spectrum CBD Oil (Classic or Extra Strength)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Liquid First: Add the liquid (coconut water/milk) to the blender. This helps the blades catch the greens.
  2. Add Greens: Toss in the spinach/kale.
  3. Add Softs: Avocado and cucumber.
  4. Add Frozen: Pineapple/Mango on top to weigh it all down.
  5. The Secret Ingredient: Drop your dose of CBD oil directly in.
  6. Blend: High speed until smooth and creamy.
