Finding Your Dosing 'Sweet Spot'
CBD affects everyone differently. Here is a practical framework for finding what works for you.

Unlike over-the-counter pain relievers, there is no "standard dose" for CBD. 25mg might work wonders for your neighbor, while you might need 50mg, or conversely, only 10mg.
Factors that influence your dose include:
- Body Weight
- Metabolism
- Body Chemistry (Endocannabinoid tone)
- Severity of Symptoms
The Golden Rule: Start Low, Go Slow
The most common mistake new users make is taking too much, too soon. This can overwhelm your receptors and actually make the CBD less effective (a phenomenon known as a biphasic effect).
Step 1: The Baseline
Start with a low Baseline dose. We recommend 10-15mg per day. Take this consistently for 3-5 days.
Step 2: The Assessment
After a few days, ask yourself: How do I feel?
- Sleeping better?
- Less anxious?
- Less stiffness?
If you feel good, stay here! You've found your spot.
Step 3: The Titration
If you don't notice a difference, increase your dose by small increments (e.g., 5mg) every 3 days.
Repeat this process until you find relief.

Understanding Concentration
Be careful reading labels. A "1500mg bottle" implies 1500mg in the whole bottle, not per drop.
- 750mg Bottle (1oz): ~25mg per dropper (1ml)
- 1500mg Bottle (1oz): ~50mg per dropper (1ml)
- 3000mg Bottle (1oz): ~100mg per dropper (1ml)
Always check the serving size on the back of the bottle.
